APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
Our apprenticeship program is where many of our best technicians started. Apprentices work alongside licensed lift technicians from day one, learning installation, fault finding, servicing and modernisation on live sites while completing a nationally recognised qualification.
The program at a glance
- Four-year apprenticeship combining paid on-the-job training with formal study
- Nationally recognised qualification on completion
- Structured mentoring from an experienced technician throughout
- Exposure to the full range of our work, from new installations to 24/7 service, upgrades and repairs
- Full-time employment on completion for apprentices who meet the standard
Who we look for
Reliable, safety-conscious people with sound mechanical and electrical aptitude, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. A current driver licence is an advantage. No previous industry experience is required.
